Vibratory Separator

The three-dimensional multi-layer vibration screening machine is a model that can effectively separate a variety of mixed materials, and has excellent results for various raw materials that require high-precision screening. The three-layer-3S is equipped with three screens and four outlet barrels, which can be used to screen less than four kinds of raw materials. The contact material part is made of stainless steel SUS304#, and the base is made of general steel SS41#.

Notice

♦ Check whether the form and specification you ordered are consistent, and whether the prepared voltage is consistent with the nameplate mark (voltage error ± 5%).
♦ The power switch (knife switch is not available) should be in good contact, and it is strictly forbidden to run the motor without phase Avoid burning the motor.

♦To keep the screen clean, you can use the corresponding cleaning agent according to the filter material. At the same time, the screen is strictly forbidden to collide with sharp and hard objects. When cleaning the screen, stop the machine before cleaning.
